Curtin Heritage living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and home care services. We have a new, world-class residential care home on the beach in Cottesloe and a leading dementia specific cottage-style home in Mosman Park.

Your role
We are looking for a Care Manager to join our Marine Views Cottesloe team. This is a full time (76 hours per fortnight).
You will work closely with management, clinical and care teams in the delivery of care services. This will include:
Coordinate staff on a shift-by-shift basis.
Documentation of observations, resident/representative preferences/discussions and multi-disciplinary treatments/reviews.
Completion of assessments and care plans.
Maintain a register of clinical and care stock.
Contribute to data collection for audit processes as directed by line manager.
Provide clinical advice and education to staff to ensure appropriate care.
Assist in the delivery of local clinical training and competency programs.
You will need
Demonstrated aptitude to help improve the lives of older people.
Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working in aged care, community services or disability services.
Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt work priorities and meet deadlines depending on the needs of the resident.
Demonstrated ability to work as a leader in a team environment.
Reliable and positive work ethic.
Attention to personal appearance.
National Police Clearance (current to within three-years).
Competency in clinical software, word, power point, outlook and excel.
Experience working in a client focused culture that values continuous improvement.
