The Opportunity
This Melbourne based role is for approximately a 6-month maximum term.

As we move to a new payroll system, this position will help support the existing team as we move to implementation phase.
Under the supervision of our Australian Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our employees are paid the right amount at the right time, maintaining employee records and working closely with our People Advice team. You will also respond to enquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and managing all queries with sensitivity and care.
Even though this is a temporary position, you’ll have opportunity to share your expertise, while continually building on your own experience. You will also be supporting imminent technology change, which is an exciting opportunity for someone with an agile mindset who can help champion this transformative project.
What We’ll Like About You
You’ll be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end AU payroll delivery – if you’re also familiar with Datapay, even better! A go-to source for legislation queries and process across jurisdictions, you’re curious and enthusiastic to proactively upskill, remaining current and sharing knowledge in employment-related policy and regulations.
You thrive on the value you and your team will contribute to our people, ensuring timelines are met and accuracy is assured. You naturally work collaboratively, building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
