Reporting to the Managing Directors, the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Client facing work involves:
undertaking tax due diligence and tax structuring to support buy-side and sell-side transactions.
design and implementation of private equity and venture capital funds and management equity plans
you will work alongside and learn from senior M&A tax people, all of whom have many years of Big 4 / top-tier law firm experience and are hands on
Firm building involves:

About you:
Minimum 6 years’ experience within a top or mid-tier accounting or top tier legal firm in the international tax, M&A or corporate tax areas
Ideally, M&A tax experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
General tax advisory experience across at least income tax law, regulations and guidance
An Accounting or Law degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident in your ability to be a positive contributor.
