The Role:

We're actively seeking a talented Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Toowoomba. If you're passionate about Modern Workplace and Cloud technologies, this role is tailor-made for you. As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, adhering to stringent quality standards, time constraints, and budget limitations, all while meeting both contractual requirements and company budgetary guidelines.

Key Areas of Focus:

Project Engineering: Oversee the implementation of client and internal projects, ensuring they're completed within designated timeframes and budgets, and ultimately delivering successful outcomes for both our clients and EFEX.

Solution Design: Collaborate closely with our Presales team, providing essential client background information to facilitate effective project scoping and solution design.

Modern Workplace Expertise : Leverage your in-depth understanding of Modern Workplace solutions to design and implement cutting-edge environments that foster collaboration, productivity, and agility.

Cloud Proficiency: Harness your expertise in cloud technologies to architect and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions, enabling our clients to embrace the benefits of cloud computing.

Microsoft Technology Proficiency : Your expertise within the Microsoft technology ecosystem, backed by MCSA/MCSE certifications, particularly in Windows Server & Cloud, positions you as a trusted advisor in driving Microsoft-centric initiatives.

Virtualization Experience : You're well-versed in VMware/Hyper-V design and implementation, enabling you to architect virtualized environments that optimize performance and resource utilization.

SharePoint Migration Skills : You have a proven track record of successfully migrating SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Initiative and Proactive Problem-Solving : You're not afraid to take the lead and tackle challenges head-on, both technically and in terms of meeting client expectations.
