The role
Our Payroll Officer is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the weekly & monthly employees across the 7-Eleven network, resolving payroll queries in a precise, timely and customer focused manner.
Maintain employee records in ADP PayForce, Kronos & Workday
Process Terminations, back pay, overpayment calculation and employee entitlements
Extract and reconcile end of pay payroll reports and adhoc reports as requested
Manage efficient work processes to cope with work volumes and to meet fixed deadlines
What's in your toolkit?
Experience using a payroll system (ADP PayForce desirable) in a high volume environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to communicate at all levels
Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume payroll transactions environment and meet strict deadlines
Ability to multi-task effectively between system Payroll, HR & T&A system
