Candidate Management: Identifying, interviewing, and placing a high volume of skilled candidates to meet client requirements.

Your Experience: While prior recruitment experience is not mandatory, we highly value commercial acumen, maturity, and a strong sales orientation. The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt swiftly to changing demands is essential, as is a penchant for the fast-paced, high-touch nature of our industry. Ideally, you'll bring a solid sales background or possess the confidence to market yourself while passionately pursuing a career in recruitment.
