About the Position:
This unique role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and develop our client's Far North Queensland team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and nurturing of the team, including the onboarding of new consultants. This role is perfect for someone eager to take on leadership responsibilities within the North Queensland and Far North Queensland regions, focusing on case management, marketing, customer liaison, and stakeholder partnerships.
Key aspects of the role include:
Spearheading the growth strategy within Far North Queensland
Mentoring and leading a team of consultants
Engaging in business development and stakeholder events
Balancing consulting, case management, and leadership tasks
The position starts with a six-month handover period, including three months of onboarding as a Senior Consultant, followed by a transition to independently take on the Team Leader role.
Key Requirements:
A passion for helping individuals and teams thrive in the workplace
Strong leadership skills with a desire to mentor and develop teams
Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
Innovative and collaborative mindset
Willingness to travel within the region as required
Residency in or willingness to relocate to Far North Queensland
Minimum of two years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, or similar
On Offer:
Salary on offer between $85,000 - $100,000 + Super depending on experience
An opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by the Leadership Team

Flexibility around hours with remuneration based on billable hours and experience
