Service Coordinator

Melbourne

NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading global technology company. They are looking to expand their team and bring on a Service Coordinator on a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension!

Location: Notting Hill.

Duties and responsibilities:

Developing strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote

Facilitating efficient scheduling of jobs and assigning of technicians

Liaising with clients to arrange the delivery of parts and equipment relevant to the job and other procurement needs

Utilise business ERP systems and processes to optimise operations effectiveness including monitoring and analysing to drive business performance as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.

Identifying contract types and scheduling service tasks at appropriate intervals ahead of time to reduce risks and potential call outs.

Experience wanted:

Previous experience as a Coordinator or Administrator

Experience using SAP and Salesforce

Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office – e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Proactive and highly organised
