We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Workforce/Roster Officer to join our Workforce team, preferably with experience in Community Services or Labour Hire.
Workforce plays a vital role within Rocky Bay’s Human Resources department, relying upon excellent communication skills, team-work and high attention to detail; prioritising tasks and managing your time to proactively contribute to organisational efficiency, building positive, trustful and dignified relationships with staff and customers alike.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm.
What you need to do:
Develop rosters to achieve efficiency and maximise the use of resources
Utilise workforce to cover shift shortfalls
Roster staff to attend training without compromising costs
Maintain all records of staff leave including personal leave, annual leave, and other types of leave
Ensure all entered data is accurate each and every time
What you need to have:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Experience of rostering, scheduling, labour hire or community services
People oriented – approachable, courteous and committed to providing excellent customer service
Previous experience with rostering software applications would be highly regarded (e.g. Salesforce Skedulo) but is not essential
