SCEE is seeking Electrical Supervisors to work on our BHP projects in Newman and Port Hedland | FIFO from Perth | 2:1 Roster

About the role
SCEE Electrical are looking for highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team in our BHP Newman and Port Hedland projects on a full-time basis. This is a FIFO role based on a 2:1 roster.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work
Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies
Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract
Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control
Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions
Participate in Quality Assurance audits
Liaise with client and contractor representatives
Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to

About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
At least 3 years demonstrated experience in an Electrical Supervisory position.
BHP Inductions and WHS Statutory Supervisor training (Schedule 26) are highly desirable.
Hold a Grade A WA electrical licence and white card.
A high level of commitment to safety.
Well developed Leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
