About the role
As a Senior Auditor in our Audit division, you willhave the opportunity to partner with a diverse range ofpublic and private sector organisations across multipleindustries. You will join a supportive and energetic team andhave the opportunity to continue to grow your career throughlearning and development offerings and ongoing support andmentoring from Senior Leaders includingPartners.
*Negotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from$79,000 (inclusive of super).
Some of your key responsibilitiesinclude:
Developing and maintainingstrong working relationships with the Firm's clients, Partnersand staff;
Providing guidance and expertiseto Audit team members and ensure audit procedures are followedin accordance with the Firm’s Auditmethodology;
Collaborating to plan objectivesand devise an Audit strategy that appropriately identifies andaddresses the Audit risks;
What you will need to succeed
Relevant tertiary qualificationand membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and NewZealand (CAANZ) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA), orstudying towards admission;
Demonstrated external auditexperience within a professional servicesfirm;
Knowledge and understanding ofAustralian reporting requirements especially AIFRS Accounting,current auditing and tax legislation and Corporation Act, ASICand ASX requirements;
Experience in the preparationand presentation of consolidated financialreports;
Strong communications skillswith the ability to build excellent clientrelationships.
