The Role
This organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Officer to join their payroll team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in managing our payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include:
Accurately process payroll for employees
Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Maintain and update employee payroll records
Respond to employee inquiries
Continuously review and improve payroll processes
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer
Proficiency on payroll software (Aurion preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
Understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and relevant standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
