About the Role Elevate your career with a renowned leader in landscape maintenance. We're currently seeking Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team, focusing on the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne.
Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting and hedging
Manage team members, provide training and coordinate tasks efficiently
Maintain detailed daily reports on activities undertaken
Safely apply herbicides using backpack sprayers
Ensure meticulous care and handling of equipment
Contribute effectively to landscaping projects as needed
Uphold a safe and organised work environment
Foster transparent communication with team members and clients
Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation such as risk assessments, SWMS and timesheets

About You Previous experience in the commercial landscape industry

National Police Check required (or willingness to obtain)
Work with Children Check required (or willingness to obtain)
