About The Role: We are wanting to reach out and extend our support to the Ukrainian families affected by these current events. An opportunity now exists for an Accounts Receivable/ Payable Officer to join our finance team. While ideally, we are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team, this position could be equally for someone looking to start their career in admin as full training will be provided for those who are transitioning into the Australian workforce. Reporting directly to our Credit Controller, the role’s responsibilities will involve the general maintenance of accounts receivable and credit system and ensuring that outstanding amounts are collected within required timeframes, under the guidance of the Credit Controller and 2IC officers.
Your general responsibilities will include:
Customer receipt processing
Customer credit card and direct debit processing
Preparing customer credit claims for authorization
Invoice and adjustment note processing
Ensuring debtor accounts are collected in a timely manner
About You: To be considered for this role, you will be a highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail. You will need to work well within a team, using excellent time management skills whilst maintaining a quality service to internal and external customers.
