The Role;
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service. Working closely with a well-established team, you will exceed all clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for:
Relief strata management role
Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
Convene and conduct meetings
Periodic inspections
Administration
The Candidate;
Previous Strata Assistant or Property Management experience is preferred however not essential
Ideally have current Certificate of Registration
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
Have a high level of computer skills
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
