An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager has become available to join their team on the Gold Coast.
The Role
This role will undertake all the duties required when assisting the Commercial Property Management division across a mixed portfolio.Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Lease administration
Liaising with contractors and raising work orders for maintenance and minor works
Monthly and annual reporting
Direct tenant liaison and management; achieve strong tenant relationships and high levels of tenant satisfaction
Collating reports and ensuring policies are up to date
Compliance and insurance
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess;
2-4 years experience in Real Estate Admin, Property Management or leasing
Commercial Property Management experience preferred but not essential
Exceptional written communication skills
High attention to detail
Have strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to take initiative
