The Role
There is now a new and exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join the in-house team. Reporting to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, you will be responsible for contributing to FMH’s strategy and vision through the provision of expert legal advice ensuring the ongoing protection of FMH’s interests. The Legal Counsel will provide a full suite of legal services to FMH Group entities including but not limited to the following: contract preparation and negotiations, tendering, leases and licences, contract and workplace law, dispute resolution, commercial transactions including acquisitions, brand and intellectual property rights, and privacy matters.
Full PD available on request to suitable candidates.
