As the Environmental Services Supervisor, you will assume leadership of our Landfill Services Division, overseeing operations in Melbourne and Victoria, Australia. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a background in either trade (plumbing/gas fitting) or engineering, coupled with extensive expertise in landfill gas management, leachate management, power generation, landfill gas flares, and a proven track record in landfill services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the efficient delivery of projects, maintaining key relationships with clients and responsibility for overall team performance out on site.

Duties:

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Trade Certificate, or Environmental Science.
Proven experience in landfill services, with a comprehensive understanding of landfill gas, leachate management, and power generation.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
