Flexible, Hybrid Working:
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum this role will work from our Sydney office at least twice a week with the potential to also travel (fully expensed) to our Melbourne office when required. Key Responsibilities Own the recruitment life cycle for roles that you are hiring for in the APAC region
Create and implement hiring plans, including direct sourcing to build talent pipelines of skilled, active, and passive candidates for current and future roles across the business
Help ensure we maintain an inclusive and fair selection and assessment process in line with our Inclusive Recruitment Charter
Support and deliver with DE&I initiatives across the business internally and with external partners
Ensure we maintain strong candidate reach to all areas of diversity
Prepare quarterly diversity and inclusion reporting
Maintaining the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates are managed effectively and feedback is tracked on time
Benchmark recruiting practices against market information to determine competitiveness and recommend improvements and changes to align with best practice and company objectives
Provide insights for benchmarked recruitment practice, market intelligence and hiring data to support our global Talent Acquisition strategy
Skills A passion for DE&I and solid experience of sourcing great candidates for Go-to-Market roles either as an in-house Talent Partner or external agency Recruiter.
Proven experience of generating candidate pipelines utilising innovative techniques that include direct sourcing, social talent attraction, events, and thought leadership
Ability to build strong relationships with managers and key internal customers
Interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and be collaborative with team members
Great attention to detail and the ability to maintain data for progress reporting
The Interview Process Telephone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
1st stage online interview with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and either our Sales Director, Australia or our Employee Engagement Consultant, Australia
Take home presentation task ahead of your final stage interview with our People Experience Director and Managing Director, APAC
