Our client is an Australian Fintech Scale up that is aiming to streamline various document processes within the FSI spaces. They’ve been experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add a seasoned Account Director with strong relationships within the Banking space to play an integral role in both solidifying and expansion of their existing partnership.
Job Summary:
Drive product adoption across new business units within the enterprise-level client base.
Primary focus on expanding the usage of the solution.
Develop new and innovative ways for the solution to be applied to specific business use-cases.
Requires strategic approach, exceptional communication, and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Highly consultative approach, with excellent relationship building skills.
Accurate pipeline projections, management and execution
Customised Presentations and Proposals for new use cases
Cross-functional Collaboration with the executive leadership team and internal development teams
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5+ years of BFSI experience.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and decision-making processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to C-level executives.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot CRM) and Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in Financial Services and Lending is highly regarded.
Familiarity with Lusha/ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft productivity stack.
Formal Certifications in sales or related fields (e.g., (Mercuri, Kellogg, Challenger, SPIN, Dale Carnegie, etc.) are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
