Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner that will play a crucial role in providing operational support and guidance to our leaders on a range of recruitment matters, including attraction strategies, sourcing candidates, providing market insights, and employee relations matters.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process
Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market
Manage the recruitment database (JobAdder) to ensure SA remains compliant in the use of candidate information and all recruitment activity is accurately documented in real-time
Source potential candidates through online channels and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, introduction days and in-person behavioural interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Promote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia’s Capability Framework
Lead and manage employer branding initiatives
Attend job fairs, networking, and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Report on recruitment activities
Manage recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role within a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations matters
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to team success
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
