Our Client
A fresh name in the area, but coming with a depth of experience from the team, our client is a Sales-only focused Agency specialising in both existing and off-the-plan Project sales. Their office is not your traditional Agency and the team are a set of vibrant, straight-shooting professionals in their 20’s and 30’s, who are incredibly passionate and already making significant impact on the area and market share.
The Opportunity
With the Director having built up a strong database of buyers and sellers, her primary focus has become off-the-plan sales, leaving a capable agent the incredible opportunity to step into a “warm” patch and make the most of it.
You will also be supported by talented Sales Admin and Marketing team members for property and personal profile marketing
Duties
Diary, email and appointment management
Buyer/seller work, prospecting and lead generation
Preparing for and attending market appraisals
Database management
Handling phone enquiries
Preparing weekly vendor reports
Attending open inspections/auctions
Conducting pre-settlement inspections
Specific requirements:
Demonstrated track-record in residential Real Estate sales
Be ambitious, with an eagerness to make the mots of this opportunity
A current Real Estate Certificate or License
Car and Drivers License
Ideally a strong market-knowledge of the Hills and North West areas of Sydney (albeit could suit someone relocating)
